• Verification searches log the searched number and outcome; visitor IP addresses are stored only as irreversible hashes.
• We never sell personal data. Data is shared only where required by law or to operate accreditation services you requested.
• Certificate records shown publicly contain only business certification data approved for publication — never private notes or internal files.
