Accreditation process

1. Enquiry and formal application with applicable fee.
2. Document review of the CAB manual, procedures and formats.
3. Assessment of competence, including personnel competence and impartiality.
4. Witness of assessment and certification activity.
5. Grant of accreditation with defined scope and accreditation number.
6. Ongoing surveillance, monitoring of certification activity, and reassessment.
