ICVR is committed to operating its accreditation services with integrity, impartiality, competence and transparency, in accordance with internationally agreed requirements for accreditation bodies.

• Ensure competence of organizations providing calibration, testing, inspection and certification services.
• Maintain impartiality in all accreditation decisions and manage conflicts of interest.
• Continually improve the effectiveness of the accreditation system and customer service.
• Support mutual recognition with accreditation bodies operating to equivalent standards.
• Uphold the credibility of certificates and reports issued by accredited conformity assessment bodies.

Top management reviews this policy periodically to ensure its continuing suitability. All personnel, assessors and committee members are required to comply with it.
